Here is how it
works:
"Captain of the Yacht", the qualified winner at large, will be
considered the "Capital of the Yacht" when "Business By The Sea Yacht Club"
via its members, signs a minimum of 100 new-signed
Special Charter Members(**) by year's end, 2005. The member with the most signed new
memberships will be the WINNER(***), and "Captain of the Yacht!"
You see , all you need to do is invite those business parties that you feel could use
"Business By The Sea Yacht Club" to promote their business.
When they become Members, bingo. You get one credit for each new member.
The ONE member with the most credits (new members) by December 31, 2004,
gets the "White Light Yacht" for 2 hours as the "Captain of the Yacht."
It is conceiveable that with over 100 members already on board and each brought one new member as Special Charter Members, and then there was one other person that brought two new members, then that member would be the winner, and "Captain of the Yacht."
Members are urged to take a collaborative approach
in bringing new members to the
"Business By The Sea Yacht Club."
Reason being, the more members, the more cruises per month.
Use your cruises as a
vehicle to acquire new memberships!
Bring on your guests at $49 per person per cruise.
(RSVP) and we will credit you with the conversion
from "Guest" to Member,
upon a signed and paid for
membership.
For the team members that participate and sign a minimum of 2 new members by years end,
you will be eligible to join the "Captain of the Yacht" onboard the Dream Cruise.
Space permitting, based on highest number of individual memberships accrued.(***)
"Captain of the Yacht" for the Dream Cruise can select 20 guests plus there will be room
for 16 winning members that bring 2 or more signing members.

cruise for a friend,
business associate or yourself, in addition to your allotted cruises. Guest Passes are valued at $49
each, or they can be accumulated as one (1) credit (****) for the

Winners are date and time sensitive until the promotional program is concluded.
Example "A" when 100 new members are signed before 12/31/2005.
This promotional program is for "Captain of your Yacht."
Member 'A' gets one member in June 2005 and 5 members in September 2005. BECOMES CURRENT WINNER.
Then Member 'B' gets 3 members in July 2005 and then 2 members in October 2005. BECOMES CURRENT WINNER.
Then Member 'C' gets 2 members in August 2005 and 4 members in November 2005. BECOMES CURRENT WINNER.
Then Member 'D' gets 1 member in October 2005 and 6 members before or on November 30th 2005.
Then Member 'E' get 3 members in September 2005 and 9 members before or on 12/31/2005. BECOMES CURRENT WINNER.
Member 'A,B, C, and D' are now replaced by the NEWEST WINNER, 'E' as of December 31, 2005
Winner can now select a date as the "Captain of the Yacht."
(*) Yacht Club Staff Exempt.
(**) This promotion is validated when a minimum of 100 new members join
as early
as 08/01/2004 up to and thereafter 12/31/2005."
(***) Captain of the Yacht.
.(****) One (1) guest pass or one (1) credit toward the 2005 Promotional Program for new members.
(****) New Members are defined as "Special Membership" at the membership annual fee of $475 and New Members
are signed by existing and fully paid Members of Business By The Sea Yacht Club.
This does not include members added at any other promotional rates.
"Captain of your Yacht Club Dream Cruise."
100 new members for "Captain of your Yacht" are not attained by
the years end December 31, 2005, then this program continues month by month until
new members are signed in for this promotion.
Note: The winner(s) is not allowed to drive the yacht, unless licensed and approved.
